4 Lincoln 83, investigate for a suspicious person in the area of State Farm Insurance, 615 West Loveland Avenue. Caller advised a male Black wearing all black came into the lobby with a tote bag of popcorn, wanting donations. The caller wasn't interested, advised he made her feel uncomfortable. He was last seen behind the building. Again, male Black wearing all black. 4 Lincoln 83.
