A female came out and started talking to him, and then a male walked over and threatened the caller with a firearm, told him that if he didn't leave, he was going to shoot him. The caller doesn't know either the male or the female. Suspect was a white male in his 30s, about 5'6", wearing a white shirt and black shorts. He went back in the house.
