Dispatch, 10-4-1. 10-4. On Pilgrim and Oneida Street, going westbound on Pilgrim Way, there's about four kids riding bikes in the roadway. Did turn into the mall parking lot, possibly by Old Chicago. Two are wearing black t-shirts and two are wearing green t-shirts. 10-4, I'll be en route. 10-4. 9906. Just leaving the high school, where are you going to be? Why don't you set up at Grant and Allard and just get traffic moving. I'll be en route.
