2627 Monroe Street, 2627 Monroe Street, the old Stanley's Bar and Grill. Caller is a Daryl Sellers. Says he's having trouble with a male Hispanic, dark jeans, no shirt, blonde short hair, who's on a bicycle and was busting windows out of a bus with a ledge hammer. Was last seen northbound on St. Charles on an older mountain bike. Caller doesn't want to contact him.
