Hey, I got a situation. I'm at 907 4th Avenue North. We got a truck that's reported stolen. It's on one of those car lots where they repair vehicles. But, he got about several vehicles that's blocking this vehicle, and we need to get to the vehicle that needs to be towed, but several other vehicles may have to be moved out of the way to get to it.
