Parties were separated, 1209 Oak Street, 1209 Oak Street, cross of Ellsman Street and Scoville Ave. 85's Michelle White, reporting her neighbor, Beth Grossman, 60's White female, was yelling at the complainant that spit at her while the complainant was gardening. She reportedly kicked the caller's cutting shears at her, which hit her leg and left a bruise. The suspect's back at her residence right now. No report of weapons or intox.1108.
