WREP, you have the echo level structure fire to a commercial building, 2036 Albay Tacoma, Katsima City. Started out as a female that was just outside taking a rock, trying to smash the window. She did break it and then threw a lit patch of grass into the open window of the building. Caller also said there's tons of cats here that are boarded, so they won't be able to escape on their own. This will be for Squad 12, Engine 20, Truck 10, Engine 23, Clackamas County, Engine 302, Engine 21, Truck 25, C4 and C1.
