14 Avenue South, MLK Street, 14 MLK. Reference to a Ford Fusion, silver in color. Complainant saw what appeared to be a one-year-old child in the backseat with no car seat. The vehicle pulled into the beauty supply store parking lot. The complainant advised that the driver's back door is crushed in, keeps opening and closing. The driver is a black male, or black female, sorry, in her 20s, wearing tan scrubs with little dogs on them. The child looks to be a black female, about one years old.
