5-1-3. We have a road rage incident for you. Occurred, Grant Avenue Road near Plaza Drive. Caller states that while eastbound, Nicole Wheeler driving a silver Kia intentionally tried to hit the caller where it merges to one lane. She continued eastbound. The caller is now at Vision Works in a black Kia Sportage.
