Metro units, going to look out. Last seen leaving 315 25th Street towards Dunbar Bridge, white Chevy four-door, Washington 28, 161-362A Alpha. Black male driver and black female passenger. Caller's walking his child to school. Vehicle came speeding down the street and almost hit the caller with a vehicle mirror. The driver jumped out of the vehicle, yelled, got back in the vehicle and backed up, pulled towards the caller and fled.
