Police have received a report of a man banging his head on the headrest inside a parked gray Ford Focus.

10-4, 400, response to this 10-37 at Marathon, 1709 Summit Ave, crossroads from Morgan to North Grandview. I believe it is the same male that officers have been out with twice tonight. It's a gray Ford Focus with a male that's been parked at the pump since 10 p.m. Caller said he was banging his head on the headrest. 10-40. 40, copy. 408, that's the same guy. He can't drive. We all told him he can't drive, so he's still there. I saw him when I went down here. 10-4.
