Information for units to go out for 23152, northbound 15th and the 56th, it's a Black male, unknown status, swerving out of lane. And, per the RP, it looks like he pulled to the right shoulder, northbound 15th at the 56th. RP continued on, unknown if it stayed there. Was reported to ignore, nothing further to say, over at OTC unit.
