3101, 3102, suspicious persons, Elm Tree at Kimberly Drive East. Caller's saying there's three subjects, one a male, two wearing a black hoodie, one's wearing a white hoodie, possibly casing vehicles or houses in the area. They were last seen headed on Elm Tree towards Kimberly. The one with the black hoodie had a backpack on. Caller states they split up when they saw him.
