9130. Go ahead. Yes, sir, can I get your help for a 16B? This came in at 4111 South Point Boulevard. 411 South Point Boulevard. Caller said there's a female in black with curly hair, black t-shirt and gray sweatpants. Said she's been loitering and walking around the parking lot talking to herself. Stated that someone was after her using witchcraft. Caller states she is not a resident.
