I'm gonna start you to 140 Front Street by the war memorial. We have the Veterans Crisis Line on the phone for a shot on a blank, saying that he was assaulted and bleeding from the eye. I believe this may be the same male that Oscar 10 just wanted to try to speak to, but he wanted nothing to do with us. I'll start you that way.
