16. 1616 Stoll Ave for a suspicious person. Yesenia is calling. She is not on scene, out of town. States she sees our ring camera. A male, a black, possibly a black male, unknown clothing description, walking on the right side of her house. Then moved to the left side of the house, looking in. Stated he did have a package in his hands and there was a vehicle with a flag on it.
