1-2, Starbucks, 5425 Tinker Diagonal. RP states that a male is outside the dumpster, that he had trouble with him before. Black male, short hair, blue sweatshirt. He's sitting outside of the dumpster and won't leave. Male has advised that he hasn't asked him to leave yet. He just wants him to go.
