Any unit in the area, I-40 eastbound from just west of 109. Send RP a guide for white Ford pickup that's traveling with no lights on when it enters the highway, veered into the median and struck construction flags. RP continued eastbound, unknown if the vehicle stopped. Going to broadcast 2205.
