It's going to be for a 10-37 and parking complaint at Walmart, 1515 West Paradise Drive. 10-17 states a male and a female parked in the reserve for law enforcement parking spot. When the 10-17 approached her, they stated they were undercover. Vehicle has no plates. Described as a black Audi.
