44, read us at Whitelock and Bruceville. RP advised, two ago, a little road rage related incident with a BMW, plate of 9 X-ray William Charles 761. Last seen westbound on a Whitelock. They almost hit the RP and were braking and speeding. Drivers in HMA or AMA in their 20s.
