154. 180. 1100 West Jordan River Boulevard. The complainant's traveling northbound on the Jordan River Parkway Trail. He's reporting juveniles on e-bikes following and filming him. The three juveniles are now in front of the complainant, all on e-bikes, passing Winchester on the trail. Advise once I get a description.
