Complainant's advising that they've seen this subject here multiple times in the past, going through the trash. Complainant thinks that the subject is purposely looking for envelopes to gather personal information. Subject is described as a white male in the 60s, 6'2", slim-build, wearing a white t-shirt on a black... bottoms. Subject arrived in a black Nissan sedan, unknown tag. The vehicle and the subject are still in the parking lot. We're still getting further at 2202.
