The man jumped out the window and walked towards the gate where he was detained by police at around 12:16. SacPD posted the update on their Twitter/X
Eventually they will either knock down the door/wall or distract him and go in thru the opposite door. But they have spent a few hours now just trying to talk him out and getting him to release members of the house, which atleast 1 has come out. But as soon as all the people are out they will force their way in. But while they are there they will wait to not risk civilian life.
