One of 400 units receiving a traffic complaint, North Highway 29 at Country Club Road, headed south on 29 towards the bypass. It's going to be a white older model Chevy Traverse, possible license plate of Sam Nora Edward, possibly 4166. Advise, swerving really badly, possibly intoxicated.
