Caller says a 26-year-old sister having a mental crisis, diagnosed with bipolar and schizophrenia, hitting her and chasing her mother with a knife. Has been drinking alcohol, fire is on the way. Also new, we have an EMS to the board, 2228 North Neva. Over the time, animal vicious. 39 North Menard, a person down over at 5133 West North, just hitting the time. Burglary alarm over the time, 2858 North Cicero and then a parker over on Neva.
