David 44, dispatcher, detailed domestic dispute. David 44. Coordinate's on Highway 126, west of 59th Street. Occurred two minutes ago, RP was a passerby. This was a female, looked to be in distress on the side of the road. Female came out of the vehicle, asked for a ride, was laying on the ground on the rocks. He's giving the information to whiskey as well.
