Headquarters to Halton units, be advised, we're holding a suspicious person, 8028 Denton Highway, Suite 330 at the Marshall's. Complainant advised, unknown subject in a red Dodge Ram was possibly taking pictures of his wife and child. Left within the last 5 minutes, unknown direction of travel.
