1 A 2 Boy. Yes sir, at the Marriott McCormick Place, I'm getting, a theft just occurred. Says two male blacks just snatched an unknown female's phone from her hand. About 16-years-old offender, going westbound 21st Street, then turned right on Indiana. So it looks like this is a third party. Female white victim will, I guess, had a dog with her and was chasing him on foot.
