Disturbance just occurred north 7th and R Robert, just south of, making contact with Logan Beale, outside wearing a blue flower shirt and green hat on a bike. Says about 10 ago, a 40-year-old white male with facial hair and a black Chevy Silverado, Adam Charles Baker 540, was blocking a handicap entrance and the sidewalk. Caller asked him to move and PR became verbal. PR is no longer there.
