Caller states white male, 6 to 7 years old, no shirt, and a white female, 9 years old. Unknown point of description. They're trying to cross the street with no adult seen. One's on a scooter, the other one's on a bicycle. They were last seen going towards Walmart in the parking lot. 3 Adam 79.
