X-ray 802, copy. 651 Adam, Central and Jefferson, just north, going northbound. Complainant is concerned for a husky that a subject is walking in the heat. The dog does look to be in distress. Subject walking in is a black male around 40 to 50, 5'8", thin-build, wearing a black hoodie and dark jeans. Last seen two ago on foot, going northbound. 1642.
