No delay. Fore was there right away and they are EMS.
It seems that it took a while for the first responders to arrive. It was about 10 minutes between the initial Citizen alert and the first siren. (I live nearby). I hope the cyclist wasn't hurt too badly with that delay.
I didn't know some one got hit I didn't see any one. I thought they were going into a home for something
