4501. 4501, 9 Avenue Northwest, the Ballard Post Office. Earlier around 1330, there was a male that was seen running towards the subway, after being chased out of a business behind a Fred Meyer. He was previously seen doing push-ups in the middle of the street. It's a Black male, 6 feet tall, thin-build, with a gray long-sleeved shirt and pants. No weapons. 4501, 9 Avenue Northwest.
