Go ahead.15, I had a group of about six or seven juveniles on e-bikes kind of speed away from me. Engine 1's en route. clear, southbound, not going after them. Medic 3 en route. Engine 1, Medic 3, verifying a delta response zone 2 at North 23rd Street and R Street. There's reports of a 40-year-old male who was lying in the street. Yeah, I don't know, black.
