Last seen northbound on Mendenhall towards Market Street with a handicap decal hanging from the mirror. The subject was seen stumbling and dropping everything. It'll be a white male, mid-40s to 50s, bald. Last seen wearing green overalls and a hat. Any unit making contact, stop check.
