I'm going to have you respond over to K Ranch, 4840 South Whitnall. I got a 911 third-party caller reporting a white male just walked into the bar, saying that someone stole his cell phone. Per the caller, he seems out of it. He doesn't know if he's MO or what's going on. He's described as a male, white, in his 40s, heavy set, black t-shirt and khakis, with brown hair, with blonde tips. He's going to be outside in the parking lot by the front door.
