Broadcasting a code regarding juveniles walking on the freeway. It's going to be I-90 West at East 55th. I-90 West at East 55th. Caller advised that two young juveniles are walking on the freeway to the right, passing the exit. Females are going to be approximately 10 years of age or younger, both wearing black, red and black helmets and a red jacket or vest. CAD number is going to be 8777. 8777.
