433. Suspicious person that gave North Avenue and Troop at the Home Depot. They said there's a male Hispanic wearing a black baseball hat, a black shirt, khaki pants, carrying a canvas bag. He's on the roof of the Home Depot, closest to the river. They don't know if he works there or what he's doing up there.
