It's near North Rowling Road and O'Fardrick Road. Kelsey said that there's a male subject driving a vehicle. She thinks that he's possibly drunk. It's a gray Nissan SUV, male in registration 9, Henry Adam 1362. It's going towards 695 on Route 40. She said he turned left onto Wyndham Lane, and then he possibly turned into the Home Depot parking lot. She said that he was swerving. She has dash cam footage if it's needed. She said, looks like the vehicle continued down on Route 40.
