4523, any unit to assist? 4786 Black Oak Drive, at the entrance to the park, in the Town of Clay. Caller can be, if needed, at 4797 Black Oak. It's a Thomas Masterson. Regarding a group of juveniles that were drinking and smoking marijuana. Said they were acting strange, unknown if they had any weapons, were running away from the park. No further description.
