6017, 51 West Utica Street. 51 West Utica Street, Stewart's, between West 4th, West 5th Street. Called in by Katie, an employee at Stewart's. States there was someone backed into the gas pumps and almost hit kids. States it was a black BMW. Complainant will be at the counter.
