Ma'am, we have an active verbal disturbance at 199 Beaver Plaza, Pizza Hut in Beaver. Complainant's advising there are three people involved, a male unknown subject and Kathy Bower, possibly under the influence of narcotics. Male was jumping in the face of the caller and cursing her at the time.
