99, sir, good afternoon. From you guys' start of shift, 5 E Mike McNichols and Gratiot start of East McNichols and Gratiot for a person with a weapon. Caller, female caller says there was a male at the location with an ax. Said he was arguing with another male. He was light-complected, wearing a gray shirt, gray pants, on foot at the Matrix Center.
