Wilson Medic 3, reference fall, 1730 Parkwood Boulevard West, Parkwood Village Assisted Living. Divide up to an 86, a 6-year-old female. She's conscious and breathing. Patient experienced a fall. No difficulty breathing. Patient is still on the floor with a head injury. Caller advised, patient's going to be in the activity room in the memory care unit.
