721 Bravo. Go ahead. It's going to be that 961, 4515 East Thomas Road at the Target. Complainant is in a white Toyota Highlander. It's a rental car. Second vehicle is a maroon Chevy pickup truck parking at the front of the Target. It did occur in the parking lot, but complainant is still mourning PD out due to the damage to the rental car. 10-18.
