Volunteering, no, I said 95, I was calling 911 for a 4. Volunteering 13231 Gratiot, 13231 Gratiot for a fraud in progress. Male caller stated there's a male at pumps 7 and 8 doing a scam with approximately 20 equals waiting for him to get gas.
