2 and 4 for an unwanted person at the Monona Terrace, 1 John Nolan Drive. We have reports that there is a protester who is refusing to leave. The person did leave their bike, so the caller thinks they're going to be coming back, and the caller is from the command center. The bike has anti-mayor signage on it. It's on level 4, which is 14 under the main entrance, and it looks like the mayor is on scene.
