King 31. It's going to be 215 1st Avenue North of the boat, uptown. Maintenance supervisor's reporting there's a male sleeping in the office. He's not a resident, doesn't know how he entered there. This is a chronic issue. Black male, 20s to 30s, slim, covered in a white blanket. 215 1st Avenue North.
