Broadcast on a witness, only highway violence, westbound 80 at Newcastle, for a red compact vehicle and a black Land Rover, racing in and out of lanes. Appear to be chasing after one another, approaching Penryn. RP last reported that they, appear that they are no longer after one another. Second one, the code 2, 69, 773. 10-45, 32, I copy. 32, copy, sir. And I believe I have a 23-103 westbound, just eastbound.
