12-11, unit to start up 1210 for your 43, an assistance request with the fire department for a seizure patient, 40 South Dundalk. 40 South Dundalk, cross streets of South Center Place. In Center Place, it's floor 2 and unit 03 at United Therapeutic Center. They're requesting police for forced entry. The caller was uncooperative with 911, but it was in reference to someone having a seizure and was laying on the floor.
